We are C-level operators who have built and run the networks behind retail. We designed logistics networks for production and for retail, managed operations across Asia and Europe, and ran transport for a major sporting-goods retailer. We then led supply chain technology and digital transformation in Asia.

From 2023 to 2026, we led customer experience for a pan-Asian retailer. Jinqiao Partners carries that experience forward: an international network of professionals with deep expertise across Asia and Europe, working from Paris and Hong Kong.

Technology is our passion. We have built the skills to transform organisations and solve operational problems with AI, and we have assembled a multinational, multi-skill network of professionals to do it with you.

We are drawn to problems that sit between functions and between continents, because that is where results are lost, and where they are found.

Logistics and transport leadership, Europe
Developed production and retail logistics networks, managed operations in Europe and served as transport director of a major sporting-goods retailer.
2013–2021
Supply chain technology and logistics strategy, China
Chief technical officer for supply chain. Logistics network strategy and international transport. Implemented the rail link from China to France, four logistics parks, instant delivery for e-commerce, and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in retail and e-commerce in Taiwan and mainland China.
2021–2023
Digital and customer experience leadership, China
Chief digital officer and customer experience director (store concept) of a sporting-goods retail company in China. Led the data programme, AI demand planning and the China e-commerce strategy for logistics and last mile.
2023–2026
